Database Management

 


The database is contained in a single .t9 file. As all data are stored in one small file, you can easily move the file, copy it to disk, make a backup copy of it, or send it by e-mail. You can also place the file on a shared network drive, so users can access it from different computers (but simultaneous work is possible only with the Multi-user version of T9).

 

 

Creating a New Database

 

click Application Button > New. T9 prompts you to create an empty database.

 

 

 

Coping an existing database

 

click Application Button > Save as... . T9 prompts you to copy the entire database or only a structure within it, including its items and categories.
