Installation
Use this form to specify the defaults used by T9. Click the Options button in the Top Toolbar to open the Options form.
You can set the following defaults:
| Applied to | Field | Description |
| Startup | Open most recent file at startup | opens the last database file |
| Check for updates at startup | checks for T9 software updates at the T9 site. If new updates are available, after you select a database to open, a message is displayed to get the authorization to download the latest version of T9. | |
| General | Company Name | The Company Name appears at the end of the prints |
| Hours Symbol | Symbol used for Hours (default is set to h.) | |
| Currency Symbol | Symbol used for currency (default is set to Windows currency) | |
| Decimals | Number of digits after decimal point for currency fields (default is set to 2) | |
| First day of the week | Used in Calendar, Statistics and Weekly Entries (default is set to Windows settings) | |
| Views | Synchronize Period | if checked, the time period selected in any data view (Report, Chart, or Statistics), applies to other data views, except the Calendar view. |
| Synchronize Series | if checked, the last selected data series in any of the views applies to all data views. | |
| Calendar | Work Week | defines the working days (default Mon-Fri) |
| Visible Time | specify light hours | |
| Work Time | specify the beginning and the end of the work day |
